Formcode is covering $32.98 of your hosting every month. This is not a discounted rate. It is a credit we are absorbing on your behalf, and it holds through December 31, 2026. On January 1, 2027 billing returns to the standard $67.98 per month.
Your monthly covers keeping the site online, secure and current. Everything else is quoted separately and is always your call.
The first group covers what you asked for on August 7. The rest comes from a review of your live site the same day. Everything is a fixed price, so there are no surprises. Select only what you want.
Any wording change to the live site: opening hours, phone number, prices, an address, or pointing an existing link somewhere new. One edit per unit. Set to one for the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours change you asked for on August 7.
$8 per edit. 2 business days. 1 $8 each $8A new button placed next to the Order Online button on your homepage, pointed at any link you give us. You asked for three: gift cards, email list and rewards program. Toast reservations has no link on your site either, if you want a fourth.
